This isn't really going to be too helpful, but on the odd-chance it cheers anyone up after feeling a little hard-done by with buyer feedback..... 
I recently received the equivalent of a neutral feedback, which has the potential to affect my search ranking, on another site. The item in question was jump rings. The title was jump rings, the picture was jump rings, every single last one in the picture was an individual ring - none of them were connected to any of the others.
Neutral FB comment: I thought I was buying a chain for some reason.
