It's so important, if you are considering making your items available internationally, that you read up on how to list. There's lots of help on the help page. Here is part of some important points to consider when selling internationally:

Research your postage options in advance.
Decide where you're willing to post to, and select a postage service that offers delivery confirmation and signature confirmation.
In the International postage section of your listing, specify the postage cost and service.
If you select calculated postage, the cost will automatically be calculated based on the buyer's location and the size and weight of the item.
In the Description section of your listing, clearly indicate that it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs or import duties.
You can copy and paste this customs disclaimer into your Description.
If you don't want to post to certain locations, you can set up postage exclusions.
