So far just on my account, I've found that a defect is issued then removed (for out of stock) whenver I have refunded an INR request via eBay, so I think you'll probably have success (eventually) if you can talk to someone about it.

 

I reckon you should try the "Call me" option - A) because it's eBay's mistake, so the least they can do is sort it out on their own dime Smiley LOL , and B) because I have actually found I get in touch with a person who can address my query much faster. (I don't know why, but maybe a different call centre handles the "call me" option, or something o_O ).
