There's a chance it was poorly phrased, but I do have to wonder just exactly what goes through someone's mind sometimes. 

 

Then you get the really special ones, like I got recently. Requested a refund for INR, eBay's ETA hadn't passed yet, but...you know...they just wanted it to arrive before the ETA. Smiley Indifferent
