Agreed - this has been happening for two years. 😞 (On affected listings, which - as far as I know - are only Australian seller's listings on both the UK and US sites, immediate payment is enforced no matter what, and the 'add to cart' button isn't available either, so even if you have automated combined shipping discounts, the buyer has no way to access them on their own sites).
