The official name of AP's parcel post is now "Parcel Post Plus"

Where have you read that?

On a receipt from late April, sending a standard AP parcel under 500g, it states that the name is Parcel Post. On the AP website, it also states this. http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-parcels.html
