Selecting "buyer changed mind" should have avoided defects. (Unsure of new system)
However there have been some saying otherwise, whether it's correct or not, I can't confirm as I haven't done any in a long time.
But unless the buyer is requesting the cancellation (BTW, buyer cannot initiate a cancellation), always do an unpaid item case.
