Did you close the UPIs?

Seems you didn't otherwise the cancellation option would not have been available.

When you open a UPI, unless the buyer pays in the interim you need to CLOSE it, ticking the option that you still haven't been paid. If you don't manually close it, it will eventually time out and you will miss out on your credits. And get defects the way you have done it.
