I have not seen anywhere where the OP has confirmed what sort of dispute they opened.
If the disputes were escalated in the timeframe but the seller keeps winning the dispute it must have something to do with the seller being able to prove they have protection. As the item was a $1500 computer the seller would be mad if they did not have proper proof of delivery. That leaves a Not As Described dispute as the only one that the buyer could possibly win....the item is not as described if it is missing a part.
