Slandering your seller will see you having your posts removed.

If it happens too often you will be unable to access the boards in future to ask for help.

What sort of dispute did you open....Not Received or Not as Described?

Lyndal I thought all the answers were given in the AC?

They've already been told that lyndal................

Ah well, you can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink sometimes.  I suspect conrod is on very thin ice at the moment in respect of naming and shaming.

In that case you won't mind the consequences. Have a nice holiday.

I have not seen anywhere where the OP has confirmed what sort of dispute they opened.

If the disputes were escalated in the timeframe but the seller keeps winning the dispute it must have something to do with the seller being able to prove they have protection.   As the item was a $1500 computer the seller would be mad if they did not have proper proof of delivery.    That leaves a Not As Described dispute as the only one that the buyer could possibly win....the item is not as described if it is missing a part.

Thank you

And apparently I was wrong

(Feel free to screen grab that.    It may be needed at some time)

You are not often wrong so it's a bit like a special event.
