I don't know if anyone has already discovered and posted about this but my husband just discovered that Optus are doing planned maintainance all this week (till 2/3) and of course did not notify users about this. Thoughtful, I don't think !!!!
If you are an Optus user, (as we are) this could be the explanation for all the issues we are experiencing
