You are special and I think many others would agree.

 

You are complaining that the item hasn't turned up on the FIRST DATE of eBay's estimates. Not that it is overdue, not that there is no point in disputing anything at this point, just that you think eBay and/or the seller have some level of control over Australia Post.

 

You have been told numerous times that the seller or the buyer will not be able to initiate a lost item request as the item is not lost. You have been told numerous times to wait for the item to be delivered.

 

You are probably not aware that if the seller posted with tracking within their handling time, they have seller protection. In which case any refund you get (debatable) will be at the expense of the eBay seller community.
