Hi I have in the past had an international user leave me negative feedback 5 days after purchasing the item. They stated ITEM NOT RECEIVED or something like that. However the feedback was left by this user in less time than the minimal estimated postage time displayed on the item. So I contacted Ebay and basically said that the feedback should not be allowed when it stated (something like) 7 - 14 days delivery time. and the feedback was left within 5 days. Ebay agreed and removed the feedback. Ebay does not like to be shown up like that.
