LOL. Yes I can understand the confusion. Sorry all.

When I made the original post on behalf of the seller (who had contacted me privately) I was unaware at that time that she had also made similar private contact with other sellers.

But now there has been a fantastic outcome as you can see.

I do thank one and all for your understanding and help with this one.

Interesting case and it seems the buyer must have had a bad hair day when they left the initial red dot as it also turns out they said no need to refund any postage..

And I also hope that the seller will have the confidence to come onto these boards herself and ask for help in the future.

I'm sure she can now see there is some fabulous help to be had here.
