heres an example of how a newish seller could decide its too damn hard to please buyers on ebay and walk away. or a buyer could feel obliged to allow a seller to come to their home to deliver a package and afterwards think i really dont like that and stop buying on ebay.

luckily there was a good result but goes to show good intentions can be missinterpreted.

i hope there are no sellers who would just turn up on a buyers doorstep with item thinking 'i'm doing this buyer a great service by hand delivering'
