Could it be a listing for a particular buyer?
I have often seen it said on the boards to list with as little detail as possible and then let the buyer know the Item Number.

AHA!!
Now I get it. If you look at the times of listing, they were trying to get as much
listed before the end of the month....e.g time 23.55
They'll now come in and revise at leisure.
Does that sound about right?
