Alice, I am not a seller so am not handling the AP satchels as often as a seller would, but I receive them regularly.  I can see no difference between the satchels I received 2 years ago and the red and white ones I am still getting in the mail.

Are you seriously telling me that Australia Post has some way of checking when the satchels were bought, and more to the point...are they really checking them?

If time is being wasted in checking every red/white satchel going through our mail system then it is no wonder there are complaints of very slow delivery times.
