When the addressee goes on line to arrange a redelivery there is usually the option of pick up at the depot, redeliver at another address or safe drop at the original address.

 

Picking up from a courier depot is not really an option for most people.....they open early, close early and are not open on weekends.  They are harder to pick up from than your local post office.....and they are usually a long way away, even for us city dwellers.


A buyer will have the option to request a safe drop it will take them 1 minute of time and they then take on the responsibility rather than it being with the seller who has no control over the situation.
