Correct, so if you send something with two stamps and the item weighs 140g for example, the buyer could receive an underpaid notice even if you have bought a roll of stamps and mailers to avoid the post office, its ridiculous trading hours and its ridiculous queues. It pays to weigh the item as well as using the letter gauge.
