Do you normally accept refunds for change of mind? If you don't, then you are not obligated to accept it. However, I would still be inclined to accept it otherwise the buyer is just as likely to open a dispute for not as described and you'd be forced to refund as the buyer always wins. As it's a change of mind return, they are only entitled to a refund of the purchase cost, not postage in either direction.
