Go to the side counter, take out your mobile phone (that virtually everyone seems to have these days) and take a picture of each of them. Or, if you haven't got a mobile that takes a photo, take your camera with you to the PO.
My post office would freak, we are a small town, our post office is very busy, some times I have up to 50 envelopes. I know I take a risk with "LETTERS" but, most people will contact me if they do not get the item, and I will either resend or refund.
This buyer has not put in a "Item not received" request, and I see this morning 1 neg has disappeared so someone got there’s removed. They probably have proof of delivery.
I rarely even look at my feedback profiles these days, so any buyer who thinks that's a way to get my attention is going to either wait a fair while, or be disappointed entirely (or both).
Digital Sounds like good advice, might have to start doing that.
