I assume that the particular product is best photographed with the wine bottle as its associated directly with it in some way.

I would be inclined to take the photo with an obviously empty bottle and then make it very clear in your description that any wine is not included. So if they ever did assume the bottle was included you could send an empty one. Haha!

I don't think you need tp put this info in the product title tho.
