Another thing. I have just left feedback for a seller and of course, it asked if the item arrived on/before a particular date - even though the item was tracked and the delivery date is clearly shown in the tracking.
Why does eBay ask a buyer if it arrived on/before a certain date when the information is already available to them?
I work in IT and as far as I can tell, it wouldn't be difficult for them to code it so that the delivery date would be retrieved from the tracking and used to answer that question. AP is already integrated with eBay's site, so it makes no sense that they don't do this.
(Don't even get me started on the tracking number field on AP's site. If you have any blank spaces before or after the tracking number that you enter, you receive an "invalid tracking number" message. Again, it's not hard to write code that removes the spaces. It's very basic).
