If he onsent it to another customer you would think he must have checked/tested it before he sent in on.
Otherwise why would he have sent a known failed unit onto another customer.
So it was either working when he sent it (and he knew that) or he did not even check it out (and that's his problem clearly).
Don't pass him your address I say. It is irrelevant to him now.
Why is he asking for your return address anyway when it should have been on the package he received from you?
