He sent another message saying he didn't send with AU Post.

Also asked again to send my address before he takes further action.

 

When I asked him if he tested it before he re-sold he said no.

First email I had from his was to ask if it was Australian Stock because he had resold to a NZ customer who claimed it was faulty, he said if Australian stock then NZ warranty would be valid. Next email he sent was that NZ warranty not valid with AU stock, then constantly asking for my address to return to me.

I don't believe it is even my item.
