Always a good idea to start negotiations* by insulting the person you're asking to do you a favour....
And then demand a response like it's all owed to them. I repeat my earlier sentiment of ugh.
I'd be tempted not to relist the item and tell the interested party that they've been sold elsewhere for a sum you were too greedy to refuse.
But in reality, if I decided to respond to them at all, I'd use a pretty basic one-liner:
I'm sorry you're disappointed, but my prices are not negotiable.
*although in this case, it was a poor attempt to rekindle non-existant negotiations.
