The reason why the post is late is that the company with the monopoly on residential deliveries are a large, slow, monolithic ,inefficient, sloth like organisation with scant regard for customer satisfaction who avoid accountability at all costs.

 

What part of that is not true?!

The address we had this week must NOT have had the bog hole out front.

 

We sent a regular mail envelope from Brisbane northside to suburban Sydney on Monday evening from a red street box. It had one of those 50-cent priority stickers on it.

 

The buyer sent a message today to say she received it today less than 48-hours after we dropped it into the red box. She was a happy buyer.
