Since I can't see (or bother to trawl through the thread) that anyone else has mentioned it, this is how ebay got it through ACCC
They struck a deal with APost to give sellers a discount on postage labels.
So it's legit. No case there for MB &Co to run with

I thought my last electricity bill was not justifiable, but then again i did use my electricity providers service, so i paid the bill.
Another thing was i entered an agreement with the provider so if i did not pay certain things happend... But i paid the bill and continue to use there service...
I guess what im getting at (and to make a long story short) is can i start a law suite against my provider??
