Meanwhile back in the real world .....

Just been 'torn a new one ' by a less than happy buyer. 

 

It seems that I am a low life and a disgrace to ebay as a seller because I opened an Unpaid item case against them.

 

As normal I sent an invoice 24hrs after the purchase and again on the 3rd day. With no payment showing on the 4th day (Yesterday)  I opened a case. 

Wake up today to message telling me they will now NOT pay because I am bad seller.

 

I think I should be offeneded ...and I might be ....once I stop laughing !!!   

I wouldn't even bother replying.

Just close it after 4 more days and get your fees credited.

As above, wait until time's up, close the case, and get your fees back. And the happy buyer gets an Unpaid Item strike.

 

And if the message was abusive, pop in a report to eBay...

Yup I will let it run its course. Life is to short to be bothered by these peanuts. Had a good laugh though so thought I would share it.

 

 

Setting your items to "immediate payment" eliminates non-payers 100% of the time. 🙂

I too have not had one of these twits now I've set my listings to 'immediate payment required'.
