You are not talking to ebay representatives here.....the boeards are run by volunteer members like you.

 

You are logged into the boards or you would not be able to post here.

 

What happens when you try to log into the buying/selling section of ebay?

 

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache and rebooting your computer?

Are your using IE as your browser....it is no longer supported by ebay.  Try changing to Chrome or Firefox.
