I prefer my potential buyers to concentrate on the content rather than the background. As such I don't use templates, so I can't help.

If you are talking about modifications, sell similar should give you the generic information and then you only need to change specifics.

However, there is certainly an option to create templates. I have seen it - I believe it is available within Selling Manager Pro. presumably also Selling Manager. If not, there you go.
