The problem is that a given suburb name only has one postcode.
But a single postcode can cover several adjacent suburbs. So when you are missing the suburb name from the address it's not always easy to pick the correct one.
Especially in the case I highlighted above where it was a rather long street that spanned across quite a few suburbs.

True, but then if necessary it can be narrowed down - assuming you have street number and name - with Google maps.

Then why not use google maps in the first instance, and cut out the middle man?

Thanks everyone for the help. Google maps worked great, found the suburb easily it was very clear. Sent off the buyers parcel.
