I'm incorrect how?

I'm sure that after 12 months a score of 100% is guaranteed if there are no more negatives received.

Am I wrong?

Like this

"Sorry mate but you have just bit your own tongue lol, read the t & c's lol, they get removed every 12 months just like eBay told you

so that's what it means."

They do not get "removed" they remain on your record, they are just not included in your FB score.  Who knows eBay could decide to calculate FB scores over 2 years rather than 1 year, then those old negatives would alter your score.  If they were removed, abolished, eliminated, eradicated, exterminated, from your record it wouldn't matter, but they're not they are just not counted anymore.

Profanity is no substitute for wit.

You are correct. Others are claiming the negs are being deleted before that time. I think. The pitfalls of ambiguity.

Not sure what you're on about as my statements are 100% correct

Misunderstandings of words used.

To clarify -

1. Feedback left are not removed after a period of 12 months.

2. Feedback percentage and stars shown are only calculated for the last 12 months.

Hence any neg or neut will not be included within the last 12 months.

They are still there but no longer relevant to feedback percentage of the last 12 months.

However a totally different scenario is whether eBay is removing negs within 12 months for particular sellers.

There has been in the past a leniency towards certain sellers being given a reprieve and negs removed.
