what do you mean a merchant cc facility, i offer paypal and direct deposit, i do not offer credit cards?? The communication they recieved was the invoice and as the seller i have the right to dictate terms. As buyers they have the right to not buy.  they said they couldnt pay till thursday i said that was fine then when i contacted them on the friday and asked them to confirm payment details they got nasty and rude. and i really dont care what you all think of my listings, i was asking if the negative will or can be removed, i wasnt asking nor do i want unsolicited advice on what i should or shouldnt be doing, also the customer is not always right and it is their choice to buy or not. this is a hobby for me not an income.
