what do you mean a merchant cc facility, i offer paypal and direct deposit, i do not offer credit cards??i really dont care what you all think of my listings, i was asking if the negative will or can be removed, i wasnt asking nor do i want unsolicited advice on what i should or shouldnt be doing, also the customer is not always right and it is their choice to buy or not. this is a hobby for me not an income.

It might be a good idea to go back and look at your listings and Payment Methods.  You do indeed offer Visa/Mastercard as a payment method in addition to paypal and Direct deposit.
