It is not a case of AP "needing" this price rise....it is a case of them wanting it. 

I doubt if the letter post service will ever run at a profit but come h*ll or high water they are going to make a motza on the parcel service.

As we are now accustomed to 2 price increases a year they will just keep doing it.
