Been going on over a month for many, ebay are very very very aware

They either demy it is happening or claim they are working on it

I don't believe they are, there has been no announcement for one thing. IF they were REALLY working on it, after all these weeks there would sure have been a notice/announcement including making people aware how to get the wrongly charged fees refunded
