Very confusing.

I do not understand the issue with the husband not being the member.  If the log on is correct, what difference does it make who uses the keyboard?  It remains the same account.

I also do not understand why this makes any difference to an item not as described claim.

However as the OP states it is the one and only posting to ebay forums, I guess I will never find out.:O
