Depends if the site has certification or not. So for eBay you can use
https:// stores.ebay
or
http:// stores.ebay
both will take you to the store. If there is no certification
http:// prettypicture/1.jpg you see the image https:// prettypicture/1.jpg No pretty picture
Without seeing the listing its a bit hard to tell whats going on, are you using a hosting site for images etc.?
