No one has impersonated anyone-thats just silly IMO.
Also,a not as described is a not as described no matter who buys or trys to use it-if it don't work,it don't work.
And of course you'd be required to refund-upon the return of the item which Paypal will tell the buyers to do so at THEIR own cost,you won't be out of pocket as you'll have your item back.
What a shame you've never read ebay or Paypal policies whilst you were collecting all those years under your belt lol
