From what I understand the machine is working but buyer doesn't know how to operate it?

Did you have it returned and is it working?

If so re-list and have pick up only so buyer sees before paying and there is no Paypal protection for the buyer.

As well I would be letting PayPal know it is returned and is working (everything as described).
