This is my first and last post in the Ebay Forum.
I have over 1300 transactions and 100% pos feedback and a lot of years under my belt.
I sold an item to a reasonably newbie, they couldn't use the machine it was too advanced for them.
But turns out the buyer is the members husband and not a member himself at all. So they make a not as described claim (i supplied pics) and now PayPal has supported the claim and i have to refund the $475 dollars Including the $75 post i paid.
Refund to a non member impersonating his wife.
Thats it for me people so if you are expecting support from either Ebay or PayPal forget it. They are supporting Fraud at my expense and i wont have any more part in either PayPal or Ebay.
Careful you Guys, Dont just take it for granted like i did.
If the machine works as it should and the product model etc was clearly stated in the listing, it's not your fault that the machine was too advanced for them. They should have known that before buying. Postage should be their expense too.
