Does she state in the SNAD case that the jacket is black not grey?

If so I'd say you do have a snowball's chance of winning.

But you would have to upload your listing pic onto the case first then get on the phone to ebay and ask them to look at the pic which clearly shows it as grey.

I think any half sane CSR should close this case in your favour.
