Here's a close up of the jacket, taken from the ad. (for all those who, like me, hate having to open new pages to go back to have a look)

Now listen up, I don't have cataracts and I have absolutely amazing colour differentiation skills (I took a facebook test & got 100% and as we all know, those things are cannily accurate
)
That jacket looks grey. No two ways about it.
But let's say the buyer was like jane and saw the photos as a black jacket. They wouldn't have bought it, would they, if they had not wanted a black jacket.
Therefore, we can deduce the buyer also saw the photos as showing a grey jacket.
I think the problem is it is a darker grey than they were expecting. There are hundreds of shades of black I know, but dark grey is never... quite black.
