Here's a close up of the jacket, taken from the ad. (for all those who, like me, hate having to open new pages to go back to have a look)

Now listen up, I don't have cataracts and I have absolutely amazing colour differentiation skills (I took a facebook test & got 100% and as we all know, those things are cannily accurateSmiley Very Happy)

That jacket looks grey. No two ways about it.

But let's say the buyer was like jane and saw the photos as a black jacket. They wouldn't have bought it, would they, if they had not wanted a black jacket.

Therefore, we can deduce the buyer also saw the photos as showing a grey jacket.

I think the problem is it is a darker grey than they were expecting. There are hundreds of shades of black I know, but dark grey is never... quite black.
