calsof - preparing a business plan is a good start.  Business Plans for Dummies is a good reference. 

I think from the start an assumption has been made that I reached the 100 sales and $3,000 mark while the free listing were available and I apologise for not picking up on that.  Can I point out that its taken me almost a year, so clearly I am not exactly powering on and not deserving of any status so my free listing argument stands. 

Koala & others - congratulations, you probably deserve the status because you have worked hard and your efforts have paid off and I think TRS is a lot more credible rating.
