okay, you last post came through while i was typing.

If you relist put a higher price on it to encourage mambers to make-an-offer.  Something like $9,500 with Best Offer feature. 

This way if someone wants it for $7,200 they have to make an offer AND your lisitng remains live and active while negotiations take place on the $7,200 offer.

That would be one of your gripes solved i.e. the listing ends
