A buyer is having a problem with the checkout at the moment.

He has tried a few of my items and the checkout won't let him go any further.

Within 5 minutes of he messaging me, I had a sale so it doesn't seem to be at my end.

The sale was very straight forward.

He states he doesn't have a problem with other sellers, only me(why me???? LOL)

I have the usual blocks in place. He has a lowish feedback but I don't block them

Any clues please??

Do you have non payers blocked - he may have more than 3 strikes for non paying.

Is he using a PC or mobile device. Mobiles are fraut with glitches and problems. Dont know why people bother with mobiles

Add him to your buyer requirements exemption list then ask him to try again.

I'd be checking your buyer requirement activity log to see which block was blocking them.....just out of curiosity.

Thank you for that... never gave it a thought.I was having too many senior moments with this transaction as it was!!
