How do I block a buyer?

I have an issue with a member who is extremely rude ... messaging me with ridiculous offers and nasty comments regarding my items.  I know this member is just looking to resell my items at a profit and have no interest in constantly receiving these ridiculous messages.

Hi Shabby, if you are using Seller Hub, you can 'block bidder, under 'shortcuts.'

 

I'm not sure if this curtails all correspondence though.

I had a buyer like that a while back. I reported them to ebay for harasment and rude mesagges (Some with language that would make a truckie blush) - never heard from them again !

You can block them from contacting you also. Saved my skin a couple of times!!

If they've had a transaction with you, no amount of blocking works.
