I think back when they only gave 30 free a month PS lost access to free listings, I certainly remember there being a lot of complaint threads in the forums from newly crowned Power Sellers to that effect, but they don't lose them now, (I think they may lose access to things like the free relists and/or rarely get promo offers, though).
