This question may not relate directly to SM but I didn't want to start another thread. Regarding prompting buyers to leave feedback after "about a month", is there any way we can change this?

Unfortunately, no. Members can change their settings so that eBay don't send them any feedback reminders, but an individual seller can't stop reminders for their sales from going - I wish I could, too.
